We perform a controlled power wash to remove buildup without damaging the siding, then address peeling or failing areas, sand and feather rough transitions, and stabilize exposed sections before new coatings are applied. If bare material is present, it is primed appropriately to ensure proper adhesion.

For most siding projects, we apply Sherwin-Williams Emerald Exterior using controlled spray application to achieve even coverage and a consistent finish. In situations where spraying isn’t ideal — due to layout, proximity, or substrate condition — we use brush and roll methods where they produce better results.

The result is siding that presents clean, uniform coverage with proper film build and attention to detail from edge to edge.
